Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the setrecords web and native applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use setrecords for a gym or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your Google account and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

You may not share administrator access or impersonate another person. Gym operators are responsible for granting staff and member access only to authorized people.

Gym operators control their facility records, membership decisions, and use of attendance analytics. They are responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any permissions required for the information they enter or manage.

Members must use QR passes and check-in features honestly. A pass is personal and must not be copied, transferred, manipulated, or used to misrepresent attendance.

You may use setrecords only for legitimate facility operations, member engagement, and personal workout tracking.

• Do not violate laws, regulations, contracts, or the rights of others.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another account.
• Do not upload malware, automate abusive traffic, scrape restricted information, or reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where law permits it.
• Do not use setrecords to harass, discriminate against, deceive, or harm another person.

setrecords records attendance and workout activity but does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency monitoring, or professional fitness supervision.

Exercise involves risk. Users are responsible for considering their health, following facility rules, using equipment safely, and seeking qualified medical or fitness advice when appropriate.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every session, notification, ranking, or analytic will always be complete or error-free.

The service relies on third parties including Google, Convex, Cloudflare, device platforms, and network providers. Their services and terms may also affect your use of setrecords.

setrecords and its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active.

You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information solely to operate and improve the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.

You may stop using setrecords or request account deletion at any time. Gym ownership may need to be transferred or removed before an administrator account can be deleted.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a material breach of these Terms.

To the extent permitted by law, setrecords is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, setrecords will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits or data, personal injury arising from exercise or facility operations, or events outside our reasonable control. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
