Delete Account

This is the fastest option when you can still sign in. The app verifies the signed-in account before deletion.

• Open setrecords and go to Settings.
• Choose Delete account in the Account section.
• Review the confirmation and complete the deletion request.

If you cannot access the app, use the request button above. We will verify that you control the account before deleting it.

• Email us from the address connected to your setrecords account.
• Use the subject “setrecords account deletion request” and include your display name.
• Never send your password, sign-in code, or other authentication secret.

If your account owns a gym, ownership must first be transferred or the gym removed so that staff and member records are not orphaned.

• Your setrecords profile and authentication account.
• Your notification preferences and registered push devices.
• Your memberships, session records, streak history, rankings, and achievements associated with the account.

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We may keep limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, or legitimate facility-record obligations. Any retained data remains protected and is removed or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.
